Our home based counselors work with a variety of populations to help with the support and development of a treatment plan.  Individuals working as a home based counselor should qualify under Virginia regulations as a Qualified Mental Health Professional - Child to successfully perform the job duties of this role.

The Behavior Technician works directly with the client and receives weekly supervision from a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA). MCC’s services are provided in the home as well as in the community, and focus on increasing the client’s verbal behavior and daily living skills. We also focus on decreasing maladaptive behaviors through the use of reinforcement and antecedent interventions.
